Yen Can Cook: Salt Grilled Salmon Fish Head

My friend helped me to get a whole fresh Norwegian Salmon Fish 2 months ago, I’d finished most of the meat and left the fish head still sitting in my freezer.     (・´з`・)  I’m totally clueless on what to cook with the fish head and after browsing some online recipes, I’ve decided to try the easiest one which is salt grilled. The simple recipe only calls for four ingredients which is fish head, salt, black pepper and sake. The preparation and cooking process is not complicated as well, suit my lazy style perfectly! Ingredients (Serve: 2-3)

1 Salmon Fish head (the whole fish is approximately 4.5kgs)

2 tablespoons sake/cooking wine

1.5 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon found black pepper

Quarter of a lemon

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step 1: Clean the fish head, pat dry then rub the whole fish head thoroughly with sake.
Step 2: Combine the salt and black pepper, then sprinkle on the fish head. Marinate the fish head in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3: Preheat oven 200°C, line the baking try with baking paper/aluminum foil.
Step 4: Take out the marinated Salmon fish head , pat dry the excessive water then put on the baking tray, bake for 30 minutes or until the flesh is fully cooked.
Step 5: Squeeze the lemon on the grilled fish head and serve.
HAPPY COOKING!
