Berjuadah Bersama di Pullman Dinner Buffet @ Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar
My second Ramadhan buffet had me landed at LINK All Day Dining, Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar for their sumptuous spread of buffet. This year is the hotel’s first Berbuka Puasa feast with a wide variety of food choices than spans more than 150 authentic and tantalizing Malay dishes.
LINK All Day Dining is very spacious, minimal in decoration but the use of contrasting theme colour of red, white & black make this place exude a classy yet relax vibe.
LINK All Day Dining’s chefs perfected the dishes with secret recipes inherited from their Opah to give their guests the best possible Kampung experience. Let’s have a stroll on the buffet spread~
Kick started the dinner with this eye catching sup tulang with gigantic bone and fantastic broth that robust in flavors definitely the best choice!
A must have when berbuka puasa definitely the roasted whole lamb! Nicely grilled with slightly crispy skin, tender and succulent flesh.
One will spoiled with choice on their appetizer’s spread ranging from assorted raw vegetables (ulam ulam) paired with various of sambal, salted fishes and some kerabu that will whet your appetite for more food to be savored later.
The hot buffet counter offered a wide variety of curry dishes such as ayam masak merah, daging rendang, Ikan Patin Masak Lemak, Kupang Masak Berlado, Ayam Masak Minang, Kari Kepala Ikan Daging Kalio, Udang Rendang Berkerisik and Tempoyak Pucuk Ubi Muda and many more.
Don’t forget to visit the food stalls prominently displayed at the restaurant’s terrace that showcases local delicacies such as Roti Canai, Roti Tissue, Akak, Tandoori, Sharwama, Arabic Spices Roast Lamb, Satay, Lemang, Ketupat, Cuttlefish Kangkong, Java Pecal, Rojak, Asam Pedas.
Some “healthier”choice of steamed corns and sweet potatoes.
Look what I’ve found! The King of the fruits! Although these were ordinary durian kampung but they still fixed my craving for durian since the beginning of the durian season last month.
I was amazed by the spread of desserts offered here, from the traditional Nyonya kuih to western pastries, cakes, mousses, pudding and many more! So save some room for the marvelous desserts and put a sweet ending to your berbuka puasa dinner!

WAH!! look at the spread of food, really impressive, and almost overwhelmed!! haha.. errr, i think i have not had buffet since Christmas two years ago leh~~ old already, cannot eat much, though i still love buffet~~ :p
