Previous Post: McCafe & Supper @ Hong Kong
During our Big Bus Tours on the 2nd day at Hong Kong we stop by Yee Shun Milk Company for our tea break and getting a hide from the scorching sun >.<
Yee Shun Milk Company at Causeway Bay ~ Signboard of their signature desserts in Chinese and Japanese. Yee Shun Milk Company originated from Macau which well-known for its steamed milk puddings.
Glass chiller full of stacking puddings.
The restaurant was not too big and the tables are cramped within the shop area which is quite common for restaurant at Hong Kong.
Menu written in Chinese was placed under the glass table.
“Bo Lo Bing” Iced Pineapple Drink 菠萝冰 (HKD 23.00)
Perfect for a hot weather and they were so generous with the pineapple!
Iced Milk Tea 奶茶 (HKD 17.00)
A must order for hubby when we was at Hong Kong.
Double Layer Steamed Milk Pudding 驰名双皮燉奶 (HKD 25.00)
It’s basically a milk and egg white mixture that is steamed until a pudding consistency with a thin layer of “skin” on its top. Served cold or hot, light, smooth with strong aroma of milk, certainly something can’t miss for a milk lover!
Steamed Egg Pudding 冰花燉鸡蛋 (HKD 20.00)
While the steamed milk was spot on, this steamed egg was equally good too. Between a hybrid of Tau Fu Fa and milk, somewhat smoother and requires no bite and the intense egg-y taste lingering in my mouth was so lovely, oh..man I’m salivating when writing this @_@

I like all of them ~ look nice ~
