Diners can enjoy the exquisite buffet spread specially crafted by Chef Bustami Osman and his team which includes delicacies such as Jelly fish with Szechuan paste and sesame seed, Braised Seafood Soup with Crab Roe, Fried Tiger Prawn with Special Soy Sauce, Fried Chilli Crabs and Deep Fried Lotus Paste Pancake. Don’t miss the chef’s signature dish of Fried Boneless Chicken with Black Pepper Soy Sauce which is one of the special menu for this year’s Chinese New Year Buffet.

At Link, diners can set their creativity to endless possibilities to create their own auspicious Yee Sang with Jelly Fish, Soft Shell Crab, Salmon, Abalone and Lobster together with lots of other Yee Sang ingredients. The Yee Sang is then to be tossed with Chef’s special wasabi plum sauce.
