I cook: 1234 Pork Ribs
Another pretty easy recipe and the preparation time is extremely short too, even one with zero cooking knowledge can do it effortlessly. So here we go!
Ingredients
(A)
400g pork ribs
Sesame (optional)
(B)
1 tablespoon Shaoxing rice wine
2 tablespoons black vinegar)
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons soya sauce
10 tablespoons water
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step 1: Put the pork ribs into a pot of water and bring to boil, to remove blood and impurities. Remove, drain and set aside.
Step 2: Mix all the ingredients (B) in a bowl then put into the wok and add in pork ribs (step 1).
Step 3: Bring the gravy to boil then turn to low heat. Braised the pork ribs with lid, make sure flip the ribs every 5 minutes so that the gravy can coat evenly on the ribs. Braise till the gravy is thick and the pork ribs are ready to be served.
