Marmalade Cafe @ Publika
There are more and more eateries emerge within Publika’s culinary cocoon and still expanding. Among the numerous cafes and restaurants, one already on my radar for quite sometime because there is a special facility in that cafe, curious to know? Please read on~~ 
Marmalade Cafe, nestled at level G3 of Publika near the children playground, been voted as the Best Healthy Eating/Vegetarian Restaurant in the Time Out KL Food Awards 2010 and 2011. It was also shortlisted in the Best Family Restaurant and Best Cafe / Bakery categories of the Time Out KL Food Awards 2009.
This is the specially designed children’s areas that lure me to visit this cafe. Their menu also consisting of yummy and healthy treats just for kids. Children friendly always one of the criteria we look for when choosing restaurant.
The restaurant has a lot of soaring high glass panel allow natural light penetrate in, created a bright and cheerful dining environment. The contrasting theme of mustard yellow and baby blue is visually fascinating and overall uplifting.
The al-fresco seat also available and there is also 1 set of children playground equipment here.
Some cup cakes are on sale too.
Cappuccino (RM 8.00++)
Morning Benny (RM 18.00++)
Perfectly poached free range eggs laid on bed of blanched spinach and turkey ham and placed on multigrain toast with Hollandaise sauce served at side. Taste wise but the portion was too small for its price.
Duck & Spinach Fettucine (RM 24.00++)
Served in clear broth full of garlicky flavors, the fettucine was slightly overcooked rendering the soft texture however the generosity of ingredients such as mushroom and sliced smoked duck really put a smile on my face.
Verdict: Prices of some food were on higher side but the cheerful environment and the special kids corner does justify a revisit.

been there a few times… food is good but a lil pricy tho. Yeah, this is definitely a good place for parents to hang out while their kids play at one corner 🙂
