Salmon Sashimi Salad

Salmon Sashimi Salad (RM 16.90++)

Appeared in kaleidoscope of colours, the Salmon Sashimi Salad consisted of radish, onion, fried wonto skin, mixed seaweed, mixed nuts, topped with fresh sliced salmon and dressed with tangy grapefruit vinaigrette. A welcome food for health-conscious person 🙂

Salmon & Maguro Carpaccio

Salmon & Maguro Carpaccio (RM 21.90++)

The thinly sliced Salmon and Tuna sashimi drenched in garlic sea-clam sauce and a concoction dressing of perilla leaf, spinach, olive oil and garlic. Both fresh cut were delicious on its own and the pairing sauces gave the sashimi a tangy finish.

Jikasei Niku Miso Hiyaako

Jikasei Niku Miso Hayaako (RM 9.90++)

A innocuous looking dish but shouts awesomeness! Silken cubes of cold tofu crowned with spicy minced meat and Japanese leek sauce, the spiciness of the sauce complemented well the mild soy flavor of tofu. Both contrasting each other perfectly.

Anago Tempura Maki

Anago Tempura Maki (RM 12.90++)

Tempura battered sea eel and cucumber rolled up with seaweed then formed into maki, fully covered with nutty sesame seed.

Kushi Moriawase

Kushi Moriawase (RM 19.90++)

A platter of assorted skewers of various cut of chicken and beef such as chicken wing, chicken thigh, chicken gristle, beef & eringi mushroom rolls and beef & spring onion. All the skewers were nicely grilled with a pleasant smoky flavor, I especially adored the texture of the chicken gristle (soft bone) which was crunchy and pretty addictive to me 😛

Rosu Katsu

Roso Katsu (RM 22.90++)

A thick slab of pork cutlet lightly battered and deep fried to a perfect golden finish with the tenderness of the meat still retained. Served along with fresh shredded cabbage and Tokatsu sauce but I didn’t care much about the sauce, I prefer to enjoy the meat’s original flavor.

  Watami Tonkotsu RamenB

Watami Tonkatsu Ramen (RM 22.90++)

The ramen was steeped in a thick and creamy pork broth accompanied by the classic condiments of pork chasu, flavored half boiled egg, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and a dash of Japanese lekk and spring onion. The broth was richly laced with robust porky goodness and yet was not heavy to the palate.

Kara Miso Ramen

Kara Miso Ramen (RM 22.90++)

Another choices of ramen for spicy food lover featuring spicy miso based soup with similar condiments with the previous ramen.

Ishiyaki Kaisen Garlic Rice

Ishiyaki Kaisen Garlic Rice (RM 29.90++)

Served pipping hot in a stone bowl, the scallops, prawns, tobiko and egg lay on bed of rice flavored with garlic butter and Dashi soy sauce then prettied up with spring onion and shredded seaweed. For those who prefer crunchy bits can leave the rice longer before stirring it. I found this quite bland for my liking, maybe I need more sauce boosted up the flavor.

Watami Tokusei Tori Karaage

Watami Tokusei Tori Karaage (RM 17.90++)

Boneless chicken thigh was moreish and not oily at all thanks to the brilliant marinade and the skillful preparation.

Seafood Pizza

Anchovies &Garlic Seafood Pizza (RM 24.90++)

The thin crust pizza slathered with homemade tomato sauce infused with anchovies and garlic and blanketed with a layer of luscious melted cheese. Loaded with squids, shrimps and scallops to make sure every bite is a treasure!

Kankoku ButechigeB

Kankoku Butechigae (RM 25.90++)

A Korean inspired army style mini caudron of decadent ingredients ranging fresh vegetable, pork, sea clams, tofu, mushroom, korean rice cake, noodle and kimchi in a special spicy broth. The numerous ingredients making the eating process like a treasure hunting and the broth was really appetizing as I can’t help myself but drank it like nobody business 🙂 The portion also big enough to be shared by 2 persons.
