Dolly Wink is a brand created by Tsubasa Masuwaka and Koji Honpo, renowned as Japan’s false eyelash pioneer. The company offers wide-ranging products, from products for beginners to products for professionals.

The lovely packaging with Gyaru idol Tsubasa Masukawa on it.

There are 2 colours available ~ #Brown which is in blue packaging like above photo while #Black is in pink packaging.

As per claimed:-

• Containing honey essence with moisturizing effect.
• An extra-fine tipped brush that delivers a exact, definite, even stroke when lining the eyes.
• Natural brown color create nature effect.
• Water resistance formula and easy wash off formula, long lasting, easy to be removed by warm water.

Swatch: Very natural deep brown, pigmentation wise, glide easily on skin.

Test on the waterproof level: Slightly faded. Can be removed easily with warm water or any water or oil based makeup remover.

Test on my eyes: The felt pen is firm with soft and thin end to allows you to draw extremely thin and precise lines. Application is easy to control.

It dries fairly quickly and is doesn’t smudge or flake throughout the day. Pigmentation is average.

Comparasion

Verdict: Recommended, it can be used as daily natural look by drawing just a thin eyeline or a more dramatic look with bold thick eyeline. Definitely will re-purchase, perhaps the black colour eyeliner.
