Back to Chatz Brasserie @ Parkroyal Hotel Kuala Lumpur for its latest buffet promotion themed ” A Festival of Marine Harvest and International Carvery”. Featured the most extensive spread of seafood for marine enthusiasts and a variety of meat prepared in your preferred style.
The buffet is available on Friday and Saturday from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. It is priced at RM128 nett per person and includes unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks. For RM168 nett per person, enjoy 3 glasses of white wine or beer along with your dinner.
The Baked Salmon-Grouper in Pate Dough at the carvery station definitely stole the limelight as the huge fish was brilliantly prepared with flaky and soft flesh.
Classic Beef Wellington
The Beef Wellington was equally tantalizing too. Covered with crispy puff pastry, the beef was adequately tender accompanied with delicious filling of mushrooms, onions, shallots and herbs.
For only RM158 nett per person, one can enjoy unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks, and 1 crab cooked in Chilli, Marmite, Salted Egg, Sweet and Sour, Kam Heong or Butter style. At RM188 nett per person, your buffet includes 1 crab and 3 glasses of white wine or beer.

The selection of grilled seafood and meat is aplenty ranging from stingray, pomfret, sirloin, chicken and sausages.
I always like to kick start my meal with some salads. The salad counter is equipped with assorted fresh greens, dressing and condiments.
Appetizers and seafood on ice are prettily displayed which is a feast for eyes even before they are savoured.
Assorted of cheeses
Sushi and thick cut sashimi to please the Japanese food lover.
Diners will be also spoilt for choices at the hot dishes station which included Kambing Masak Tomato Masala, Udang Galah Masak Lemak Belimbing, Beef Briyani, Almond Chicken, Ginger Mutton, Roti Canai and etc. Dishes are rotating every weeks.
Pasta station, choose your favourite type of pasta and ingredients and the chef on duty will cook it for you.
Local delicacies such as steamboat, soup noodles, Asam Laksa, Prawn Mee, Oyster Omelet and dim sum are available too.
I had a bowl of Seafood Bouillabaisse which was a satisfying broth richly infused with seafood essence.
The glistening roasted duck was irresistible.
To put a sweet ending to the splendid buffet dinner, one certainly can’t miss the wide selection of cakes, pastries, pudding, local kuih muih and ice cream. The colourful fresh cut fruit definitely not a bad choice too.
Get your concoction of fresh fruit juice of your choice of fruits. Mix and match is FUN!
