Product Review: Ellefar Eyeliner
What is your requirement when hunt for a eyeliner? For me definitely is a non-smudge type because my eye lids tend to get quite oily after a long day. Recently I read a review from a Taiwan beauty blogger’s about a very affordable and great eye liner.

Trying on my hand, the line was thin enough.
Easy to apply as inner eyeline.
Under the running water.
Waterproof but the colour was slightly faded.

Since its a liquid eyeliner, after applying…does it dries fast?

If this is like pencil type, i know how to use it. But this is liquid type then I have hard time.,anyway, thanks for the review , the price is very affordable .
pencil type is more convenient but not long lasting though 🙁
