>My Elephant – Revisit
>It’s my second visit to My Elephant (1st visit review here). The occasion was my long awaited family dinner with my sister who came back for a short holiday from working in Macau
~~Missing her~~
Apology for not naming the dishes here as I didn’t keep the receipt 😛
Brown rice
RM 2.50 per head (Refillable)

Snow Fish
One of the house specialty served with special green chili sauce. The fish is covered by salt so it can keep the flesh juicy even after it was baked. Do remove the harden skin before you can enjoy the fresh + tender flesh ~~

Combination of galangal, garlic & lemongrass stuffed inside the fish.

Tom Yam
It is a must when having Thai cuisine right?

Green Curry Chicken
Quite rich in coconut milk, creamy & flavorful with hints of spices. Boneless chicken fillets were used in the dish.

Stir Fried Paku
Paku (fern leaves) stir-fried with belacan.

Fried Kailan with Oyster Mushroom
Some greens to balance the meal 🙂

>Looks dainty sizes. Paku looks so good. I am not sure whether Paku is in Thai vege list it is distinctively Malaysian vege. The dish is known as ‘pla pow’ in Thailand done without the stuffing. Fish is from the snakehead variety. Miss this dish.
