First post after a long hiatus from CNY holidays! I bet many of you are getting bored of Chinese food during the festive season, let’s check out some new dishes I had recently at Delicious.

Delicious latest revamped menu consisted of 16 new dishes included appetizers, salads and mains.

Crunchy Chicken Wing with a Sesame & Seaweed Crust (RM 18.00)

The chicken wings are crumbed with sesame & seaweed crust, fried till perfectly crunchy and served with mustard mayonnaise. I’ll never say no to chicken wings 😛

Pumpkin Risotto Balls with Mushrooms & Rosemary Risotto Balls (RM 13.50)

The luscious risotto is brilliantly formed into ball shaped with golden crispy outer. I adored the creamy and soft texture of the risotto balls however it fell short on flavors. It was a little too bland for my taste bud but luckily the pesto mayonnaise came as the savior, it provided a pleasant herbaceous taste.

Roasted Pumpkin, Coconut & Beef Serunding Salad(RM 26.50)

The appearance of papaya did surprise me! Definitely my first time saw papaya being used in a salad dish.  Roasted pumpkin, fresh cut papaya, crisp greens and Coconut & Beef Serunding with spicy lime dressing is an usual salad combination nonetheless, it’s like when East meets West but the flavors work harmoniously together.

Duck Arrabiata Linguine in Spicy Tomato Sauce(RM 29.50)

Tossed in appetizing spicy tomato sauce, the linguine was well prepared with shredded duck meat, black olives, capers and parsley. The spiciness was mild and outshone by the sourish tomato flavors that pique your palate for more.

Chicken, Avocado & Pine Nut Wrap (RM 28.00)

This chicken wrap certainly not bad for a healthier option. Generously filled with strips of grilled chicken, avocado, pine nut, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and Parmesan, a wholesome and fulfilling meal indeed. I personally love the wasabi infused coleslaw served as side.

Pineapple, Watermelon, Passionfruit & Lychee Sundae (RM 16.00)

The combination of ice cream and fruits can easily please any dessert lover!

Coconut Cake with Fresh Thai Coconut (RM 13.50)

Chocolate, Coconut & Pecan Cake (RM 14.50)

Definitely can’t miss are Delicious signature cakes selection! Expected to be thrilled by all those delectable looking dessert in their display cabinet and make most probably one of your hardest decision which to choose. (haha, ok I’m just too exaggerating!)
