I cook: Overnight Oats
I was intrigued by the idea of overnight oats for a long time since tons of different creations have been spread tremendously on social media network. Finally I jump on the bandwagon and start making my own version of overnight oats π
There is only ONE basic ingredient which is oatmeal / rolled oats.

As for the liquid, you can use water (not recommended as the outcome will be bland / tasteless), milk (full cream or low fat), almond milk, soy milk or even yogurt!

How? This involve no cooking at all, which means no pots to clean. The only ratio you need to remember is 1:1.
Step 1: Soak 1 part rolled oats with 1 part liquid overnight. Use less liquid if you want thicker oatmeal, more if you like it runny.
The mixture can be kept in any kind of to-go container from Tupperware to a mason jar or even the cleaned recycled jar such as peanut butter jar.

Step 2: Sweeten and flavor the oatmeal with whatever appeals to you: honey, jam, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, citrus zest … the list goes on. Then get creative by adding nuts, dried fruit, shredded coconut, seeds (chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin), fruit,Β and nut butter.
Step 3: Let the jar sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 4: In the morning, top with fresh ingredients such as fruits, granola, honey, a dollop of peanut butter or simply take the whole jar for the road.

i am lazy one, every morning just use muesli with milk and add in fruits.
