Milk and Butter @ Jalan Telawi, Bangsar
Read my previous breakfast post HERE or the whole series HERE
I can’t believe, I can’t believe!!!! I can’t believe I can’t finish my breakfast here at Milk and Butter! I have an extremely big appetite when come to breakfast, so when I felt that my stomach was bloated and I only managed to clear 2/3 food on my plate…I think I’m overestimated myself……
Milk and Butter, a restaurant located at busy street of Jalan Telawi 2, Bangsar diagonally opposite the forever long queue Antipodean Cafe. I went on a Sunday morning circa 10am+ and the place still rather vacant but the crowd starting to pour in after a while.

Pretty cake sculptures behind the glass as display to attract the attention of passerby.

It’s a sleek, airy, subtly modern yet comfortable cafe furnished with wooden furniture, cute quotes on the wall; I especially like the dangling light bulbs. However the tables are a bit too cramped within the shop area which is the only gripe here.

Al-fresco dining area, great for people watching or vice versa 😛

Morning Glory (RM 20.00++)
Came with an exceptionally huge portion!

Sauteed mushroom and baked bean. I like the mushroom with very fragrant buttery aroma yet not too oily.

Chicken Chipolata sausages and turkey ham.

Well executed scrambled egg, perfectly done and tender.

Hash brown

Multigrain bread and butter.

Scrambled Egg, Slice Chicken Bratwurst and Potato Platter (RM 17.00++)
Equally gargantuan in portion, hubby almost fainted when he saw the portion as he is literally have smaller appetite for his first meal at the beginning of a brand new day!

Roasted Sweet Potato
An unique ingredients as a breakfast menu, unusually different, different in a good way that is! I can’t help but non-stop stealing this from hubby’s plate 😛

Hash brown, turkey ham and baked bean.

Scrambled egg and sliced chicken Bratwurst.

Grilled Tomato and French Toast.

Brewed Coffee (RM 6.00++)

Orange Juice came with Morning Glory breakfast set.

I start missing this….My fulfilling and satiated breakfast!
Verdict: Food overall was pretty decent and the big portion definitely a plus point for me! There are many good reviews about their dessert which definitely one of the factor to lure me for a revisit! Gentle reminder: Parking at this area is horrendous, is advisable that you can park your car at Bangsar Village nearby and walk over here.
