“VIVA EL SABOR” AT Eccucino, Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur
This 31 October to 9 November 2014, diners can indulge in an extraordinary and tongue-tingling gourmet experience at Eccucino, Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur as they are bringing in culinary guest Chef Jordi Gimeno to team up with Chef de cuisine Jason Manson to present The Many Flavours of Spain.
During the 10-day extravaganza, the amazing duo will serve up a wide spectrum of mouth-watering Spanish cuisine and wines with the “The Many Flavours of Spain” dinner menu, topped with live cooking demonstrations.
Chef Jordi Gimeno
Chef Jordi Gimeno had been working in many restaurants in Europe, United States and many other countries for over 20 years. With his passion in cooking and sharing the gastronomy and culture of Spanish culinary, he has previously organized Spanish Food Festivals in Mumbai and Bangalore (India), Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) and Lviv (Ukraine). He believes that cooking is just like life; it has to be understood like a never ending voyage to the world of experiences and flavours.
A culinary master bringing ‘the best of the sea and its products’, diners can expect all time favourites such as Tapas to the more exotic selections like, Black Rice, Sea and Mountain Paella, Gazpacho and many more, and the choice to savour it all with the popular fruit-infused wine, Sangria.
