Yen Can Cook ~ Stuffed Ring Roll
If you’re people who like to host a party or any sort of casual get-together at home, the chances of ending up with too much food is a very common mistake. The top reason the party end up with an overwhelming amount of leftovers is the fear of under-catering – the panic of not having enough food for the guests, right? *I can see some of you are nodding in agreement. (^∀^)
Don’t let that awesome food go to waste. I’m sharing easy ways to repurpose two of your common ingredients when you had a steamboat dinner at home – the Ring Roll 铃铃卷 & prawn/fish paste.
Ring Roll
Prawn Paste
Ingredients (makes 8rolls)
8pcs ring roll
300g prawn/fish paste (2 packets)
4pcs of seaweed sheet
Step 5: Roll up then dust some corn flour on the surface of the roll evenly. Air fry in air fryer, 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook another in between for even browning.
Step 6: Cut and serve.
HAPPY COOKING! #stayhealthy #staysafe
What a good idea! I used to buy those ring rolls for my meat and veggie soups. I love it a lot. You have given me some ideas hee..hee…
PH, hopefully I can see your creation very soon. 🙂
I hardly do hotpot at home, so wouldn’t have this ring roll as leftovers…lol….but this can be easily replaced by those soft beancurd sheets, I presume? P/S: The frozen prawn paste looks a lot like fish paste.
Kris, of course the beancurd sheets work well too.
