This promotion is started from from 19-28 September 2014 (except Friday & Saturday) for both lunch and dinner priced at RM 90.00nett per person.
Let’s go Vietnamese today, shall we?
The delectable Vietnamese feast!
The invited Chef Viet Anh Nguyen and Chef Van Son Nguyen all the way from Vietnam who will prepare the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine for the guests.
Vietnamese Seafood Soup
A great starter to whet your appetite for its well balance sweet and sour broth accompanied with chunks of tomato, pineapple and fish fillet.
Phở, one of the iconic dish of Vietnamese cuisine. It is a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, linguine-shaped rice noodles called bánh phở, a few herbs, and meat. Available with both beef and chicken Phở, the clear soup was mild in flavor and further enhanced with the addition of chopped coriander, spring onions, chili, lime and fish sauce. A very soothing and comfortable soupy dish especially on a rainy night~
Beef Phở
Chicken Phở
Vietnamese Kangkong and Tofu Salad
Fresh Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon) , another must-have item in Vietnamese meal.
Fresh vegetables, rice vermicelli and prawns are wrapped with rice paper served at room temperature or cooled.
Deep fried version of Spring Rolls (Cha Gio) also available which appeared to be a crowd-pleaser and we have countless servings of this addictive snack.
Pipping hot fresh-from-the-wok fried spring rolls.
Both fresh and fried spring rolls are best eaten with nước chấm, a dipping sauce consisted of fish sauce, garlic & chili.
Wok Fried Chicken Wings with Sweet and Sour Fish Sauce
This for me was a tad too light to my taste bud, the sweet and sour taste was rather insensible.
Grilled Squid with Lemongrass and Chili
One of my favourite that evening, the squid was well-prepared, not rubbery and brilliantly infused with enticing and bursting flavors that I fond of.
Stewed Beef in Coconut Juice and Green Pepper
The beef cubes was cook in a coconut water infused gravy with herbs and green peppercorn and drizzled with coconut milk. The beef was soft and I like the distinctive coconut water flavor of the gravy, very unique indeed!
Grilled Eggplant with Crab Meat
The eggplant didn’t ignite my interest at all by its unpretentious appearance but don’t judge a book by the cover! It was so robust and full of flavors and definitely savory enough to go with several bowls of rice. The fresh crab meat on top also earned another brownie point by providing extra ocean flavor to the eggplant.
Salted Egg and Chicken Fried Rice
Vietnamese Drip Coffee
Made with coarsely ground Vietnamese-grown dark roast coffee individually brewed with a small metal French drip filter.
I’m not a coffee drinker but according to may companions that evening, the coffee was strong (some might found it too overpowering), bitter and thick.
Vietnamese Drip Coffee Cake
Cake that flavored with Vietnamese drip coffee and chocolate, if you are fan of both coffee and chocolate, you shouldn’t miss this!
Besides the Vietnamese dishes above, there are plethora of local and international dishes in the buffet spread.
Salads and dressings.
Assorted cold cuts and appetizers.
Cheeses platter
Chilled seafood.
Clockwise from left: Stuffed Squid, Western Style Fish, Buttered Mix Vegetables & Roasted Beef Striploin
Japanese food corner
Indian food: Curry Crab, Chicken Tandoori & Keema Briyani
The grill station
Kuih-muih
Cakes, Pastries, mousses and puddings
Ice cream
Kid’s favourite chocolate fountain with condiments.
Fresh cut fruits
LINK’s Vietnamese Promotion runs from 19th till the 28th of September 2014 (except for Fridays and Saturdays) for both lunch and dinner buffet, priced at RM90.00nett per person.

對吉隆坡的越南餐廳不是很熟悉,目前最常去的是Puchong的Bahn Mi Cafe,那裡的長棍麵包和排骨通心粉都不錯吃。不过看了妳的Grilled Squid with Lemongrass and Chili和炸春捲,還挺想去吃的。:D
我这里(甲洞)也开了间蛮不错的越南餐厅,迟写会分享。。。
