Staycation ~ Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel
It was a impromptu staycation. One day before the new year eve, hubby WhatsApp me that he had booked one night stay at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel on new year eve. It was indeed a surprise for both Sam and myself, and the next thing I know, we are here at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel!

The waiting area at lobby.
Sam was pretty excited for this staycation ^__*
Bringing our luggage we walked to our room located at Jasmine wing which boasted the theme of Richness of Indian Architecture.
Our Superior Twin Room (initially want a Superior King but fully booked) with 29sqm in size was not very spacious to be honest but the beds were comfy enough for a good night rest 🙂 I especially love the fluffy huge pillows, so divine~
Day bed near the window best for day dreaming but we had no time doing that, read on to find out why~~~ 😛
A working desk with LCD TV and mini bar underneath.
TV channels available. Our TV remote control was run out of battery and the replacement reached our room after 5 minutes the complaint call was made, thumbs up for the efficiency.
Bathrobe, bedroom slippers, iron and board and safe deposit box. There is also internet access in the room too.

Complimentary drinking water and coffee/tea making facilities.
Say Hi to Samantha at the other side of the window where the bathroom located.
Bathroom was dressed in yellow dim light, with bathtub and shower head. Cleanliness was acceptable however there are still water stain on the basin counter.
Basic toiletries were provided.
View from our small balcony overlooking the beautiful architecture and courtyard.
After a short nap, Sam couldn’t wait to check out her favourite place ~ the swimming pool!
China Bar & Lounge at lobby (China wing) serves an array of cakes, snacks, beverages and wine selections.
Executive Lounge
Fit and Spa Lounge
Swimming pool & kid’s pool with plenty of pool deck chairs.
Papa daughter bonding time while the mommy lazying on deck chair 😛
Our breakfast on the next day was at B’s (all day dining). The restaurant is spacious with cosy and modern setting. I particularly like the use of the vibrant colours which really get one’s appetite kicking in full gear.
B’s offers ambrosial array of breakfast delight with good selections of Asian and Western choices.
Other dining options at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside are The Village Alfresco Dining Restaurant, The China Bar & Lounge for delicious snacks and refreshments, Bar on Third, a poolside bistro serving light snacks and drinks as well as The Deli for homemade breads, pastries and chocolates.
After breakfast we had a stroll around the hotel and found that there are quite a lot of recreational facilities which include:-
Wii Room
Bicycles for hire
Kids’ Club ~ Fully carpeted equipped with slide, TV playing cartoon program, various of toys to let the kids fully occupied. There are also 2 single beds! For the kids or the parents? Haha LOL
Karaoke room right beside the kid’s room.
Board games
The hotel sprawled over four acres on the shores of the Putrajaya Lake so there are various of water sports activities available such as canoe, kayak, tubing, paddle boat and parasail.
Yours truly in “aunty look” =.=”
Fancy a leisure cruise ride?
We managed to witness some exciting waterski actions that morning.
We continued to explore the hotel compound~

Fish pond surrounded by lush greenery.
Buildings of different wings, every each of them are uniquely designed. I truly hope that I have chance to experience the other four themes.
The splendid lake view

The iconic clock tower.
The courtyard that we can view from our room balcony 🙂
We are satisfied guests, yay!
When will we come back again? ^__*
Verdict: We really had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel albeit a short one. For those who want a short getaway but don’t want to travel too far, this place definitely your ideal choice.
