The joyful Chef Chan Kwok from Hong Kong.

I was attracted by this elegant chandelier.

Cozy dining area with cream colour furniture & decorated with touch of traditional elements.

Crispy Roasted Duck accompanied with Grilled Fresh Scallop Skewer and Chilled Cucumber & Black Fungus marinated with Fruit Vineger

Right: The slightly sourish & crunchy black fungus definitely whet our appetite.
Middle: Fresh & sizable scallop grilled to perfection, juicy & succulent.
Left: Crispy thin skin with fat in between the tender meat, my favorite among these three item!

Double Boiled Baby Superior Shark’s Bone Cartilage
The milky soup was boiled for hours with shark’s bone. I can taste the essence of the shark’s bone in every spoonful ~

Look at the huge pieces of shark fin!!! Due to ethical reason, I didn’t eat this but my companions enjoy it every much~

Pan Fried Fillet of Kurobuta Pork
Kurobuta (Black Pig) pork prized for its juiciness, flavor & tenderness, accompanied with the special sauce by chef & lay on bed of mushrooms & capsicum. Impeccable combination, I can’t get enough of this!

Braised Homemade Emerald Bean Curd with Seasonal Greens with Pan Fried Fresh Scallop
Interesting green colour bean curd made from spinach juice with the succulent grilled scallop. It is a healthy & delicious dish indeed!

Stewed Rice Vermicelli & Crystal Vermicelli with Sliced Fish and Bitter Gourd in Black Bean Sauce
The ingenious idea of mixing the rice vermicelli (beehoon) & crystal vermicelli (dong fun) giving the noodles a springy & soft texture. The black bean sauce complimented the fish fillet & bitter gourd very well too~

Chilled Fresh Fruit with Aloe Vera and Hawthorn Berries Jelly
It’s my 1st time had Hawthorn berry jelly & it can promote the health of the circulatory system. It’s definitely a healthy dessert. The sourish lemon juice & the fresh diced fruit were refreshing too~~ A sweet ending to the scrumptious dinner.
