This newly open Restaurant Fan Cham Mei 返寻味鱼头米 literally means “will come back for more after you’ve tasted it” . It is situated same row with Ka Hing Vietnamese Restaurant at Sri Sinar, Kepong. I got to know this shop from Simon Seow & it’s quite near my house so there is no reason for me not to try this right?

Passion Fruit Drink
Interesting with seed of passion fruit, sour & refreshing~


Fish Head Meehoon (RM 6.50)
Come with usual ingredients of fish head meehoon like salted veggies, tomatoes, ginger & fried fish head / fillet. The milky soup was slightly sour due to the tomatoes & salted veggies but lack of ommph for me. I prefer they can serve me thick vermicelli than the thin version which can provide more chewy texture 🙂


Fish head served were quite bony, not much flesh to munch 🙁


Fish Maw Meehoon (RM 6.50)
As I know Fish Maw not a cheap ingredient but here you only have to pay RM 6.50 to savor it. The fish maw here don’t have fishy taste & taste quite alright but nothing special to shout about too 😛

Verdict: Not the best but I will still come back when I craving for Fish Head Noodle because it’s near my house ^^
