Hubby and I did this all because of our beloved daughter ~ Sam. She will request for a bus ride every time she saw a bus on the road and now her wish fulfilled!
There’s no such thing as a free lunch? Yes, there is!

There are 2 routes for GoKL City Bus ~ Purple Line and Green Line which will pass by different places around Petaling Street and Golden Triangle area. Both journey will took time approximately 20-30 minutes per round trip. Please bear in mind that buses for both lines are in purple colour as shown in my previous photo, don’t try to look for a green bus OK π
Β We got on bus at Klang Bus Station (previously, anyone know what it called now?) for our purple line tour. Let’s see what we saw on our journey π
Β
One of the bus stop along the route.
Β
Petaling Street
we also pass by Bangladesh! No lah, this is Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock and Jalan Tun H.S Lee which were flooded with foreign workers >.<
Kota Raya buiding which bring back nostalgic memory, I used to “lepak” a lot at this place π
Central Market
KL Tower
Jalan Sultan Ismail
Pavilion KL
The Golden Triangle area.
The bus was fully occupied after the stop at Mcdonald of Jalan Sultan Ismail. We got down from here and hopped on to the green line bus.
Β
Hotel Istana
KLCC
Hotel Mandarin Oriental
The latest Grand Hayatt Hotel
KLCC Convention Centre
Traders Hotel
KLCC from far.
Hotel Intercontinental
The last/starting point of green line – Entrance of KLCC.
Verdict: Although the routes don’t cover much places but decent enough since it pass by most of the major shopping malls. This definitely a enjoyable experience for us especially Sam π Would you like to have a ride?
