I was like…… that’s all? I felt like wanna dig deeper to see whether is there any other products hiding underneath *speechless mode* Honestly I wasn’t happy with the content at all although this was not paid by me.

I’m not alone because the massive complaints I’ve read from their Facebook was the proof of there were many unsatisfied subscribers out there. The team took into account their customers’ complaints and feed back and offered a partial/full refund. Due to I’ve open the seal of one of the product so my sis opted for a refund in terms of credit points. I think the promptness and the way they handle the situation deserved to be commended. And the team showed a great improvement on content of April’s box too! Kudos!

Ok, enough of the grandma story, let’s see what I’ve got.

Verdict: Too many Murad’s products in a box, I prefer more variety and more makeup products can be featured for my beauty box.

  • Initially I’m quite excited to be introduced to Murad brand. But after seeing so many other boxes and almost every month also there are some Murad products..I felt abit sien edi. But may be there are some fans of Murad who like it wan.My friend received her April box..the content looks alot better than March. I don’t understand…why can’t they maintain and keep it consistent.

  • I could do with some of that radiance serum.

  • love the packaging.. am sure the products are good too. LOVE manuka honey products. Did you know that it’s the only honey that’s antibacterial? 😉

  • uh…. that’s a sad looking box. I prefer variety as well but I don’t like sad surprises. At the moment I think the market is really competitive for all the box so they get same stuffs. Recently I bought a beauty box from Japan, a special collaboration box that on the website shows so many wonderful things but when I receive the actual box… boy was I regretting my purchase.

I don’t like beauty box that gives samples. If there’s a beauty box that gives actual sizes I’ll be happy to subscribe. That’s because I can get samples from everywhere, why should I need to pay for samples.

  • Wow, you are so adventurous to buy a beauty box from Japan but too bad it was bad experience 🙁 I thought Japan always have great selection when come to skin care or beauty products?
