Restoran Jin Xuan Hong Kong @ Kota Damansara

Restoran Jin Xuan Hong Kong definitely one of few restaurant that furnish a snap into my mind when come to din sum. It is a well established dim sum chain that spread all over Klang Valley that need no further introduction.  Waiting is inevitable and queues are often seen outside the restaurant during peak hours.

Dim sum session always started with a pot of good Chinese Tea.

Siew Mai

Steamed Pork Ribs

Love their pork ribs cooked to perfection, tender and nicely infused with garlicky fermented soy bean sauce.

Lao Sar Bao (Salted Egg Yolk Bun)

A must order item when you dine in at Jin Xuan! The oozing out salted egg yolk filling is visually stunning to attract the eye even before it is savored! Always perfectly executed and never let me down.

Char Siew Bao (BBQ Pork Bun)

Fluffy bun skin with savory pork filling, 1 basket will never enough!

Minced Pork and Dried Oyster Porridge

Fried Bean Curd Roll

This was slightly oily and the bean curd sheet was soggy.

Buttery and flaky pastry with smooth and fragrant egg custard filling, I love this too!

Although Restoran Jin Xuan Hong Kong is equipped with air-conditioner but the tables are placed too close to each other. This might be my only qualm.

Verdict: Still a better choice for dim sum, hits and misses but generally the food is not bad and prices are affordable.
