Let’s kick start the feast with some sweet dates.

The must-have Roasted Whole Lamb Stuffed with Briyani Rice, a whole lamb slow roasted and marinated with myriad spices to tenderize and flavour the lamb. The lamb was beautifully succulent and tender that warrants a few helpings. The Briyani rice richly infused with spices and herbs to go with the lamb.

Another crowd pleaser in any Ramadan feast is the rich and spiced-laden Gear Box Soup. The cattle bones are boiled with a multitude of spices and herbs such as star anise, cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, onion, garlic and many more that gave the soup its wonderful earthy and spicy note. It is simply a wonderful tummy warmer after a day of fasting.

Another highlight of the buffet this year are these freshly prepared Kelapa Bakar. I don’t really like chilled drinks so I definitely enjoyed sipping on the warm and refreshing coconut water.

Various of Kerabus, Ulams and Sambals to open up the palate before enjoy other dishes.

The buffet spread are filled with pots of glorious curries and dishes to go with hearty Nasi Kandar or steamed rice. The selection of assortment of curries really sums up the authentic Malay cuisine’s unique flavours.

Savor Gulai Kawah Daging, Ayam Panggang Madu Berbijan, Puyuh Goreng Sambal Hijau, Satay, Murtabak and the list goes on.

These breads are ideal for scooping up the lovely curry gravy.

There were several live cooking stations that evening and this fried food station undoubtedly the most popular one.

These freshly fried chicken were sufficiently flavourful on the skin with tender and juicy flesh. An absolute sin for weight-watchers like me but I didn’t want to think about the calories that I’ve consumed that evening. Eat first think later when the food is so good. LOL

Other options such as fried prawns and fish fillets also worth a try.

Select your choices of noodles and vegetables and let the chef do the rest at the noodle station!

Also visit the live action of Ikan Bakar filled with freshly grilled assorted fishes marinated with moreish sambal.

Moving on to desserts, the kaleidoscope of desserts are so amazingly pretty. Enjoy the wide choices of traditional kuih-muih and biscuits, a colourful sweet ending to the sumptuous dinner.

Other international desserts include fruits, cakes, puddings, tart, pastries and ice cream also available if the above traditional desserts not your choice.

Everything looks so good especially the whole lamb with biryani!
I especially like the skin of the roasted lamb which is full of flavors!
i haven’t decided whether to do a ramadhan buffet this year – this one looks tempting! 🙂
Haha I know, too many invites for you, not sure which to choose right?
There’s one buffet I’ve never had…and it’s a Ramadan buffet. All that meat and spicy food is too much for me unfortunately.
Hmm….. true also if you don’t like so much spicy food because most of the food are curries, various type of them. ^__^
Look at the amount of delicious food spread! So Sinfully Sedap & Yummy!
The promotional price at RM72.00 is really worth it. The vouchers offer habis liao!
I told my daughter I won’t eat so much because I need to jaga my diet but at the end I lost control as there were too many food attracted me, mission failed ~>_<~
